Don’t know if you already know this but the same staff from season 1 of wit is working on season 2 it’s just being backed by Mappa now.
Even though its mappa now the team behind it is exactly the same. Mappa is hogging al the big titles now
I believe the same people who worked on season 1 of Vinland Saga have moved with MAPA to work on season 2. That's why the style is almost the same.

WIT nearly went bankrupt, that's why they had to give up Vinland Saga. But the director and animation Team are still the same. Only the cgi director is different.
And with Attack on Titan it's quit difficult because Kodansha and the production commitee simply didn't give realistic production times. That's why aot went to mappa. Also Wit is a small studio. Big Action Animes like Attack on titan simply aren't profitabel for them because it takes them too much time to animate it. Smaller productions like Spy x Family, which are still popular, are better for them at the moment.
It's the same animators/team as the first season. They just moved over to MAPPA.

The "young master" is really funny, I really laughed when he couldnt drew his sword. But he is also an interesting character imo. I also like the dynamic between einar and thorfinn and Ketil is also a cool character so far:)
