Ingredients :
250 gr Red Boar Meat Pork (Pork Loin)
Japanese Tare Sauce
Cabbage
Methods :
1. Slice the meat thinly, and marinade with Tare sauce, while pickling the meat
2. Slice the cabbage like vegetable to piece
3. Heat the frying pan and drizzle with salad oil
4. With the meat pickled in tare sauce placed in the pan, cook for 4 mins on each side, and make sure that the sauce coats the entire meat.
