VMV: At All Costs 💫🌠 (Happy Valentine’s Day 💘)

This will be my only VMV this year, and I really wanted it to be special, so I chose a song I’ve been obsessed over for two weeks and wanted to share it. I actually was really nervous about doing this because I haven’t done a regular MV in ages and concerned that I’m not good at it anymore, so I asked @sylveon.1463 for help and advice on editing and I can’t thank her enough for it! THANK YOU!! I think it came out really well, so I just hope you guys love it as much as I do! I just really adore these ships! 🥰

This song is from the soundtrack of Disney’s Wish movie, and the Demo/scrapped version of the song in the film. Ironically it’s way better cause it made me cry. This hit my soul, ngl. 😭 Then I found out the original version of the movie this song stemmed from was actually going to feature fully 2D animation, the first Disney villain couple, a new take on wishes and the Star was going to take a human form as “Starboy” and become a love interest for Asha. This would’ve been their big hit, their “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish”, and Disney SCRAPPED ALL OF IT. Its gotten so bad that fans are now shipping and making art OF THE CONCEPT ART. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. 😂

I’ve only seen the first act of the movie, but it’s kind of….fine….I guess? Feels like something’s missing from this movie…. If you like it for what it is, glad you do, always good to have positive stuff! I’m perfectly fine with that. I’m just disappointed that if they had gone with the original version and all that creativity, this would’ve been one of my favorite movies of 2023.
