12:27 u r kind of getting there but not entirely write all im gonna say isss whatever the fight with mikey happens it will be in the past not the present when he is 26 yr old . now for s-62 this is the vicious generation members like mucho , haitani brothers. madarame etc these all had thier seperate groups before tenjiku like madarame had 9th gen black drangon and mucho had a gand while fighting the kawata siblings . soo izana is the strongest of them and created a gang for all s-62 or the vicious generation to be in and be as viscious as they want .

Just to clarify what the S-62 generation is, it’s the 62nd year of Showa, which means they were all born on the year 1987 and they formed a gang with the 6 of them together to commit their acts of violence and any other kind. ( Izana, Haitani Brothers, Mochi, Shion and Mucho )
For your disapproval of Izana’s relevancy in the story, you’ll understand why and how he’s connected to the Sano family so don’t let that ruin your experience of watching Tokyo Revengers and trust the cooking process of Wakui.
It’s funny how in Season 2, Mucho wanted to beat the sht out of Hakkai for being a suspicious spy for Black Dragon and now in this season he’s talking how his motto is punishing the suspicious and yet dude betrayed the whole gang just for Izana. That just showcase how Kisaki’s expulsion is not only changing the timeline, but making it worse than ever.
