Ngl. That one episode to me at least was more entertaining than a good chunk of spy family. I love spy family don’t get me wrong but I feel like a good amount of episodes miss rather than hit. Also I feel the plot is quite slow tho they in verse claim they don’t have much time. From what I’ve seen even in the manga they got all the time in the fucking world lmaooo. Anyways good vid I agree it has potential to be a better blend between action and slice of life.

Two episodes in and it's already better.
Spy x family is great, but the stereotipikal cartoonish take on each character just for the sake of keeping the commercials formula of the show makes every bits falls cheap. Buddy Daddies take their character seriously, they doesn't afraid to go deep on heavy subjects, and Miri just behave like a real children. It might be controversial, but Miri is a better daughter than Anya
I wouldn't mind those two being my daddies if ya know what im saying
