Published by KADOKAWA Dengeki Bunko, the hugely popular light novel “Spice and Wolf” won the Silver Prize in the 12th Dengeki Novel Prize and celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2021.
The series has now sold over 5 million copies in total, with sequels such as “Spice and Wolf Spring Log” and a spin-off series called “Spice and Wolf New Theory: Wolf and Parchment” also being published, making this series highly popular not only in Japan but also overseas.
The completely new anime project “Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf”, announced as the finale project for the 15th anniversary of the series, will begin airing on TV Tokyo and other networks in April 2024.
