To be fair, from what shadow said it sounds like sonic wiped out their entire universe. I’m sure things will go back to normal by the end of the show, but I see shadows more than justified lashing out against sonic in that case. And when he does attack sonic before hand, sonic did literally cause an earthquake due to his reckless actions. Who knows how many people he could’ve injured with that attack?
I like Shadow's eponymous game because it's choose-your-own-adventure. The players can choose between Hero, Normal and Dark missions, with many alternate endings.

I really couldn’t tell if shadow was being villainous or not. All I knew was that Shadow confronted Sonic for the unintentional world shift.
