I like how in the final shot the shell less head of INNO looks like a proto T800 skull complete with the cable around its eyes lending to that signature frowned chrome skull gaze.
Kokoro is at a disadvantage since Skynet is made for military defense, so Kokoro needs to learn what Skynet machine functions from the now-destroyed terminator.
I guess Every beginning has an end and the Beginning of the War on The Machine. The human resistance of the future sent T-800 back in time to save them again.
In the future, Kenta wasn’t aware of his father creating Kokoro to combat Skynet. But now that Kenta chose to let Kokoro live, the terminator he sent back would not exist and there’ll be hope to defeat Skynet once and for all! Right?
Knowing Kokoro, first she's would Study and Reverse engineer the Destroyed T-800s and afterward INNO MK-II (which is based on T-800 but better) would be equal to Skynet units To be Continued

it sucks about Japanese people who been killed when Judgements day is already started dam you skynet feel sorry for them Japanese people.

This is the second “AI” is good anime from Netflix I have seen. What happened to AI being evil?
Whenever we get to fight the machines or AI it won’t be us vs them but Us vs us using AI
I hope the next season would involve a big A.I showdown between Kokoro & Skynet. I even do hope John Connor appears.

That final shot of the INNO robot holding the T800 Terminator head means the Terminator Zero story will continue . A Season 2 will happen .
The ending made almost as much sense as western movie plots. Why would Kenta send a terminator that kills his father for starters?
In my opinion, I think kokoro will use the Terminator's CPU to destroy skynet.
