When kids get involve in your decisions, loyalty is off the table. Do what you can do for your child's future. Vash understands, but this is the state of the world he's lives in. Happy things settle after all that happen, but it's showing why Vash doesn't stay in places too long. Looking foward to the build up of Vash and Knives relationship.
Vash just wants to live his own way, but gets judged for it. Even though they were adversaries, it sucks that his son got blown up.
The character designs for Trigun have always been fantastic. The villains in the series especially all have great designs. They are really just nailing Vash's personality and mannerisms as well!
From what seen in these 2 episodes the people that were shown are not bad people just but doing they best they can to survive and protect the ones they care. It nice that Vash does not hold them against them as he understand where they coming from. While he also wants to save them and resorst to rather avoid conflict and use a gun as last resort for defence.
Vash is such a great character. From his silly nature where he literally wants to cry so the reporters believe him to the fact he is just a guy who doesn't want to kill anyone whether it be innocent or not. He is probably scared from his brother's actions that he just doesn't want to be associated with him since they share the same appearance.
I really do think the expressions and body movements in this show are top notch for CGI and I still see a lot of hate because of the CGI and Vash's design that they say it's trash when it's really not. This is the best usage of CGI I've seen in a fair bit.
And that praise goes to Studio Orange. I haven't seen Beastars but from the clips I did see. It looked like a very good animated series.
I'm really loving this show right now and even though it's not following the source or the original series and they are trying to do their own thing is honestly refreshing. I want this show to be a unique way to get into the universe of Trigun without saying you have to go and watch something before this.
The OP and Ed visually and song wise are great. Especially the OP I really enjoy and how it's portraying Vash's lonely life and how everything around him is being destroyed as he tries to reach for his gun but he doesn't want to use it.
I love his character and even the reporters that follow him. Robert and Meryl are great side cast for him and also keep him in check even though he's a cheapskate that doesn't want to waste a bullet to save a life or his own in this case.
Love this show honestly.
The camera angles where Vash does "le parkour" was the chef's kiss.
Man, after all of the criticism for Trigun Stampede's trailer for a year, Orange is so good at CGI and the dramatic camera effects for the show that I can't even explain it in mere detail, I know Trigun OG is way better, but man the project experimentation for the new Trigun is awesome plus Vash's idiot-like personality is still there
And this is probably one of the most refreshed rebooted anime shows ever.
Whenever you get the chance to watch the original trigun series please do it is beyond hilarious
I think the direction is better than the old trigun (the story is more fluid ep to ep at least for the first 2). As art style I prefer the old one. Some 3d is a little weird for me but not jarring. I miss Millie but the Old man change a little bit the dynamic. I just hope to have more of trigun maximum manga inserted.
Vash is a goofy pacifist and interesting. In regards to his hairstyle, I have heard at some point he changes it fairly often. Also the old anime added filler content and delayed some of the mystery since there was less material. It’s interesting how Vash is a pacifist while his twin brother is the exact opposite. The anime is very fluid frame to frame and when they show the environment. Wonder where the story is headed as someone who hasn’t seen the original anime
Oh yeah you might not have noticed but those spider like machines look almost identical to viruses
