Lol he win cuz he is one of her friend and she didn't have hard feeling on him. But if she see one of her friends hurt even most of them stronger than laxus she can beat them. Man can put the entire Magnolia to sleep if he wills it, and place anyone in an endless nightmare in a heartbeat. He can take down an entire guild on his own.
4. Erza – one of the most active S-Class mage of Fairy Tail. She can battle monsters and wizards that can level continents for days. She has proven herself again and again to be able to stand her grounf against insurnountable odds.
5. Mirajaine – The hidden boss of the guild. Earn her fury, and be erased from this world emotionally, as her disappointment hits harder than what she's about to unleash on the sorry sod who dared oppose her.

Erza is also my favorite but she's not that strong that everyone thinks 🤔 Natsu and Gray Sarpass her when they go to save Windy's village and Erza also now that Natsu is becoming stringer from each of guild mambers

Natsu is the “strongest” because he is the main character and have plot armor. He will always finish the most powerful villain in each Arc/story.
Laxus already fought kiria and erza had to rely on natsu and Gray's power to pot up a good fight in the end she fell down while laxus was just laying down because he was exhausted , mashima didnt want to give a direct result but its clear that laxus is far stronger
