今回のアニメ飯は”とんでもスキルで異世界放浪メシ”の第１話に登場したレッドボアの生姜焼きの再現です😋

作中では厚切りの豚肉にエバラの生姜焼きのタレに漬けて焼いていましたが実はそれをすると生焼けの脂身を食べることになるので見たままマネすると危ないです🤣

私は最初に豚肉を縦にして焼いて回避しました

I tried to recreate the Red Boar Shogayaki that appeared in the first episode of the anime “Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill（Tondemo Skill De Isekai Hourou Meshi）”.

In the episode, thick slices of pork were marinated in Ebara’s Shogayaki sauce before grilling, but in fact, if you do that, you will be eating uncooked fat, so it’s not safe to copy what you see 🤣.

I avoided this by first grilling the pork lengthwise.
