Wait, there was another Lupin the Third series? Wait, it’s a six-episode ONA? Wait, ONAs are a thing? Wait, I gotta get a video out???

Jokes notwithstanding, this caught CJ and I off guard when it was announced, released, and ended less than a year after Part 6 concluded. Plus, no matter how short it was, of course we knew that we’d have to make a review on his channel and a 10-word companion on mine. We also ended up with way too many jokes for the Shorts format.

And you know what, this exceeded my expectations! Perhaps not all of the time was used to its fullest extent, and perhaps there were some missed opportunities. But it was entertaining from start to finish, and had perhaps my favorite finale of any Lupin series to date.
