Haha a Ferrari fund!😂…. And you want people to help pay for your over budget bin sight! That’s a funny joke Cole!

You're like a foot taller than Nave and she needs to be able to see out of your big truck to drive safely, so chill. Your arms aren't broken, just put everything back.

My own wife moves everything when I get out of the car and she continues on with the carpool. We're each adjusting the seat and mirrors once every day. It isn't something to comment on when you're sharing a vehicle, just make the adjustment and go on.

Cole-My husband and I have been watching you for a while now,and really appreciate your channel. We had no idea how hard farmers work, and how involved it is to farm-the whole enchilada, with finances, growing a business, and putting in major infrastructure,as the short list!I I know you are busy, and want your private life private, but it seems like you and Nava are married.I hope so,and if so,Congratulations! It seems like the people would be happy for you,if you shared that.We would be wanting to send a gift,or just a nice bottle of wine.I hope you don't feel a need to hide this because of some fear or something-you don't seem like that kind of guy.Anyways,we wish the best for you all,and pray for your family's well being. I hope you can share this happy event with us Youtubers at some point, and hope for the best for you all!

Do I recall you doing this a few years ago?

Colin McTaggart 2023.02.14 - 6:03 am

You may want to check your local codes to see if it is required to keep a couple of functioning window in the basement as an exit in case of fire.

Aidan Prior 2023.02.14 - 6:41 am

YOU CAN'T PARK THERE

Peggy Hertz 2023.02.14 - 8:30 am

I’d tear the house down and start over so you don’t have to spend years always updating, updating, updating.

Megaross 2023.02.14 - 8:50 am

That tank would make a fantastic smoker.

You could get an entire cow on that thing, and some corn

Martin Pearson 2023.02.14 - 10:38 am

Daddy cornstar put that jar of shine aside. Wasn’t letting that vintage go

Hello Cole from our farm in New Hampshire. Yes, this is where I left you two years ago. I kind of expected all the junk to be gone, by the speed at which you were addressing all the accumulated stuff. Our 350 acre farm is the same way. 3rd generation with two original properties. The grandparents farm has barn after barn of vintage farm implements that are probably dry rot by now. I won't walk through those darkened buildings. Too creepy and I'm afraid of stepping through floor boards!
Someday you will step back and the farm will be tidy, with only your " stuff" remaining '-)

Cole daddy you must be so proud of your sons. From 7th grade I worked so hard every day. Delivering newspapers including Sunday. I made delivery at the meat market too. Buy the time I was finished my third summer as thanking care of the pool pump and pump house, I had 7000 grand saved on my first new car. My stepfather paid the rest on my 1979 Ford Thunderbird gold with buskin interior. She was beautiful and was my pride. That you Steve Putnam. Best lesson I ever learned. Neal Apollo Beach Florida

Good plans for the house!!

Mario H 2023.02.14 - 4:37 pm

Implement water tank into a residential sprinkler system!

Penny Kettlewell 2023.02.14 - 5:03 pm

Some of those old tanks were copper… & the knob & tube wire = that would be a neat bonus, eh?

Felter 2023.02.14 - 5:15 pm

If there is a truck stuck cause its slippery a helpful thing to try before towing is to throw some sand or gravel in front of the wheels giving more traction.

Christopher B 2023.02.14 - 5:35 pm

The tank would make a great smoker or BBQ 😀

Mike Ross 2023.02.14 - 6:10 pm

I swear I saw an old coleman lantern…hope u saved it.

Anney Day 2023.02.14 - 6:49 pm

It was nice to see Daddy Cornstar and to at least hear Neva's bright voice (Sorry I can't spell her name properly). Good luck with all the house rennovation.

JD Enke 2023.02.14 - 7:01 pm

Kind of too bad they did not combine the cistern with the city water in the black tank and use it for grey water minimally, less wasteful and less water cost in the long run.

Gary Strueby 2023.02.14 - 7:07 pm

Did they have a boy or girl? What did they Name it?

Kaj-Åge Henneberg 2023.02.14 - 7:36 pm

I thought epoxy is a serious health hazard. Maybe there is more than one type of epoxy.

Jason Babcock 2023.02.14 - 8:55 pm

Can't wait to see the Geo trade-in for the Ferrari.

kolton lybrook 2023.02.14 - 10:24 pm

Little idea for you guys. Save the money and replace all the boards on the bed of the dump truck. That way you could haul more and be safer for you guys on the farm

Nicky Molburg 2023.02.14 - 10:36 pm

Where has Nava been?

ogoodgrief 2023.02.14 - 10:51 pm

In our 1841 3000sq ' stone farmhouse we had a basement with partially concreted floor. We did radon testing (it was BAD) and put in a mitigation system, concreted and leveled the floor, and then addressed the underside of the floors above. Easy fix. Regular insulation between the floor joists held in place with lengths of heavy wire that just wedged into place between the joists. The first floor rooms were SO much more comfortable! I would certainly consider the idea of water sealing the basement walls, framing them out and using the spray foam. Terribly cost effective. Of course … we had 7 fireplaces in the place that were lovely to look at … but they really let the heat out! We used only 2 of them and I stuffed the rest w/ newspaper that I changed yearly. We had a furnace in the basement that heated the main floor, and another in the attic that heated the upstairs. Very effective and provided zoned heating. It makes it easy to add central AC, also.

Caffrey 2023.02.15 - 5:15 am
