Ahmed Best does not get the love he truly deserves. Jar Jar Binks is the very first Motion Captured Computer Generated in Cinema! His performance while silly, in a technical standpoint, is quite marvelous.
Never had a problem with the character Jar Jar as so many did. He was comic relief, Ep. 1 was still a good film to me. But still glad to see Ahmad do his thing. His eyes was lookin’ crazy though when he was swinging them light sabers
Such a good entrance.
He better get some figures. Ahmend deserves nothing but love after the BS toxic fans put him through
My son and I loved that Jedi Challenge show. You probably assume that my son was 10 or something but he was 17 or 18. To have Beq appear on The Mandalorian was a real testament to the show runners about their love for all things Star Wars and it made this 53 year old man giddy with delight. Also…. I ❤ Jar Jar and I don’t care who knows it. My daughter was still one year old when The Phantom Menace came out and it was one of the first Star Wars characters she embraced and still does to this day. And for that alone I will always be thank for to Lucas and Best for his creation.
This is beautiful. Star Wars is supposed to be a saga about hope, love and friendship.
So glad this man is getting a Jedi role after being mocked for playing jar jar. It’s not even his fault he played jar hat great the writing of that character was just so unnecessary
I’ll be honest. As a kid Inliked Jar Jar Binks UNTIL I was influenced by others to dislike him. But I do have a soft spot for the Gungan.
I'm super intrigued by exactly who's ship Kelleran is borrowing. I'm pretty sure that the use of Chromium starships is reserved for the Royal House of Naboo, with the exception of Padmé in her life after being Queen; due to her leadership and heroism during the Invasion of Naboo, she continued to be awarded the honor even after steping down…so is that Padmé's ship/guards? Or is it Queen Apailana's? How did they know to be waiting for Kelleran? It seemed to me like the whole operation was some kind of contingency plan…but since nobody expected the Clones to turn on the Jedi like that, how was such a plan concocted in the first place?
I love it when we get an answer to a question we've had for a long time, but all it does is raise many more questions…brilliant storytelling!
Protect that smile
We're getting closer to understand how Palpatine somehow returned
I was on the fence about this but after hearing how low things got for him after the prequels I now approve.
Hating on an actual person for playing a fictional character is one of the shittiest things anyone can do.
So…this is what it was all for? Ahmed Best didn't need redemption. I never thought he was a bad actor. Jar Jar needs redemption…somehow.
Laughs in Luke Skywalker’s return in Mando S2
❤
Star Wars "fans" are disgusting
That was Ahmed Best? Awesome!
A Naboo ship on Coruscant? So, was it Senator Binks’ ship? Meaning Jar Jar really did save Grogu?
it would be funny when he did the force push we said with the jar jar voice mesa jar jar binks lmao
Good for him!! He did a great job too!
I didn't actually realize that it was Ahmed Best at first. All I saw was that he was a total fucking badass and I want to see more of him. The fact that Ahmed has been given such a great role after all the shit he copped for Jar Jar really is brilliant.
Jar Jar saved Grogu 🤣
Ahmed Best is the best. To play both a Jedi and a Sith Lord. What a legend.
Jar Jar is still a secret Sith in my headcanon
Why did he straight up abandon the soldiers fighting for him though. Left them to die.
Didn’t care about the prequel stuff but seeing the scenes in Mando, I think there is a good story arc to explore here. Dude did a nice job and hope to see where it can go.
Ahmed Best is actually one of greatest Jesus to live now
Demanded by the gods it is!!!!
TIL My favourite hockey channel has a Star Wars channel
I didn't know who it was and I didn't like it at first, but now that I understand more, I love it!
there are lots of ppl sayin he had padme ship, but isnt, she had a different type of ship she did use one in ep2 tho, and most think he has 2 saber, they miss him grabbing it
It's so funny how ppl are saying jar jar saved grogu …. but if you think about it jar jar is like the one of the main reasons why Palpatine gains power 😅😅😅😅
aaaaaannn – H A – H A – H A
I mean, I didn't know who this man was, but when I saw the mandalorian episode i thought "wow, looks like the coolest jedi ever". Now that I know who he is, seems I was totally right. Most badass, cool jedi ever man. I loved his scene saving Grogu. And for little, but very important details like this one, I LOVE (with capital letters) Mandalorian.
We need Jar Jar back.
I just have to say that I don't think the prequel movies were actually bad, because they told us who Anakin was BEFORE becoming Darth Vader. Yes, jar jar binks sucked, but it wasn't the actor to blame. He was reading a script and acting the way he was told the character needed to act. I'm glad he wasn't put back into that role, and he's being given a chance to do something so much better.
Terrible how he was treated over the Jarjar role. It’s great to see him return and get som well-deserved appreciation. The problem with Jarjar was never even with the actor, and anyways for fans to attack an actor like that is nothing short of disgusting behavior.
They could’ve showed this in season two with the original order 66 scene. Man you guys are sheep
Sorry, but I absolutely LOVED Jar-Jar!! He was a cool dude!!
