For the oil pulling, it's 1 spoon of 'melted' coconut oil. You can melt it in the microwave. Then you can swish it around the mouth like mouthwash. Hope it helps. 🙂

I've heard with oil pulling, you've got to start slow and small. So just small amounts for only a few minutes and then as you get used to it, working your way up to larger amounts for longer times. Also, don't spit it into the sink, as it can clog your drains!
