Omlll Mai, I woke up at the same time as you as well yesterday and I had to try to convince myself my day wasn’t over, so I hung out with my friends to make myself feel better.
By the way the white stuff on your plants could possibly be bacteria collecting on the leaves from moisture. I'm not sure what types of plants you have but its not a good idea to ever water the leaves because that can cause bacteria growth (Unless your plant needs it). Try just watering the soil because misting your plants is proven to cause growth. Just wanted to help you out from a fellow plant keeper. 🙂

I know I’m late and you may not see this but the bugs on your plants are mealy bugs 😢 I would remove them with a qtip dipped in alcohol and do a couple of “baths” with neem oil. It usually happens when plants are stressed… not enough light or water. Your plants might need to live in your shower again for a bit ❤

Your hair looks amazing and it's already quite long.
A trick for it to grow faster (it works for me) is to give it a small trim every 3 months. I usually do it on the new moon and my hair is pretty much down to my bum. 🥰🥰😃 Also hydrate it as much as you can to avoid the split ends. 😁😁

Pretty sure those are thrips on your plants. They can jump from plant to plant. I’d quarantine them and clean each leaf with vinegar, blue dawn soap & water.
