Its good news, but is the hype still there?
I don't really care anymore about this
I say this is a good lesson for production committees that y'all need to chill with them productions.
It's so sad to think that I was so hyped for this anime and then every episode had problems that soured my reception of it; the hiatus was really just the nail in the coffin. No matter what the last episodes are like, I won't consider this a good anime, far from it.
Good, I was going to wait till it's all out anyways since I was worried about delays. So them releasing it all at once was wise
same here even if the hype is gone but the anime quality is there ill still watch it
Man this sucks. It feels like this series is cursed in both game and anime form. Widely beloved but destined to never be financially successful 😅
They are reviving the dead show finally I am going finish this show
while i love thr game, yeah i dont care anymore lol
Good news as long as there isn't anymore delays
When I see A-1 I just assume delay after delay
I still have Ep 8 backburning in one of my chrome tab groups, lol.

I don't think they'll be able to pack in that much content in the remaining episodes, especially considering that it's most likely only going to be a 12 episode show, maybe it will have a 2nd part or season but I am pretty sure if they do go along with that. They will likely end the series with 2Bs death. So far ignoring some of the animation and CGI complaints the story even for us that played the game is fresh. Yes anenome seems to be missing and her backstory changed but I'll still go along and say that the Anime did a very good job at adapting the source material and the different perspectives. I'm just hoping A1 doesn't rush things
very sad since it was supposed to be a split cour
random question, i was watching a few of your gintama vids, but didn't see one on the final movie, have you watched?
finishing the Cour is important, hopefully we get a cour 2 anouncement when they have time to make it and rebuild hype
Im currently playing the game for the first time and im just really happy to be able to watch it once I finished the game
Also the game ost just slaps and I can’t stop listening to it
I really hope that they somehow manage to pull up a 2nd cour. I love NieR and its kinda sad that the production handled the anime so badly. Hoping that everyone can experience the story that I find to me one of the best I've ever seen.
Good news, I've been waiting patiently for its return
Honestly I never understood what was wrong with this anime, the animation was solid as well as the art style , the story is also good so where did it all go wrong ?😭
Will watch for booty No matter what
i think no anime should go to this anime studio in the future till they fix their problems i was waiting for nier im glad its back but this studio really need to look at what their doing wrong
Still love it, will be continuing to watch it
Nier still exists?
Didn't they promise 25 episodes? They're just giving up on it
WTFFFFFFF why is Naruto trending in twitter??
LET'S GO
Well, which community? Whatever the anime community is, it'll likely be not a high priority, as the anime alone wasn't anything to write home about from the first aired half anyway. As for DoD/Nier fans, it's a must watch simply because the anime was dropping exclusive lore not found in anything else, while the games/dramas had MANY unexplained and ambiguous things. Whatever success the series has, it likely will mirror the size of the game fanbase, even now, which is what everyone expected anyway from the first episodes. Also, I do wonder if the haitus made anyone new to Nier play the game because of the cliffhanger it effectively was. I'm not sure how well the anime would hook a newcomer like that, but that would be funny.
i'm so glad i only discovered this anime(Nier) in Netflix when 12 episodes were already released by the time i watched it on 28 August 2023…..and i find the anime to be very good(as someone who 0% knowledge on the game), the first episode's CGI fights are bad though(that's my only complain about the anime) but overall Nier is a good anime with good animation too.
