i normally get up on the weekdays at 9:30 and on the weekends 10:30 have the best time in mexico tara i love uuu 🥰🥰

I get up between 4 and 5 every morning just because I love the calm and quiet and darkness. I come downstairs, I light a candle and then I make a coffee. Then I’ll sit and read and then I watch youtube videos like yours. I’m in Australia so when I get up, all the videos, such as yours. are sitting there waiting for me. I never set an alarm, I just wake up naturally at that time. If you’re more productive at night though, I don’t think you should fight it. I don’t need to get up early and I think that makes all the difference.

My favorite time of day is dawn. The sun is not up yet but there’s JUST enough light to see the sky. Even the squirrels and the birds are still asleep. It’s honestly so poetic and peaceful.

I’m the type of person who actually just needs 10 hours of sleep minimum so 5am and even 7am is a bit unrealistic for me 🥲
The last week I woke up at 6. I have to go to work around 07:45. Normally i wake up just 30 minutes before that 😀
But these almost 2 extra hours in the morning making me feel really good and also productive. I really like it 🙂
I wake up on the week days at 6:15 for work, sadly I have to cause I work 45 minutes away from where I live

Such great tip with the walking/reading! With a fulltime desk job and 2 kids I only want to relax and watch tv when they sleep. But I could actually watch TV/read while walking or cycling at home! Gotta try that out (after researching and finding a second hand threadmill 😅)
Hi Tara, love this for you! There's a book called The 5am Club by Robin Sharma and it completely changed how I view my days. Waking up slow and early, having some quiet time for yourself (I like to do stretching/breathing exercises, listen to music/podcasts), followed by coffee & breakfast, then actual tasks for the day ahead. It's helped me get into a calmer, motivated headspace before heading to office work. Been waking up at 5am ever since but these days, I'm trying to aim for 4am 😂😵🙈. Sounds a bit much, but I find that you can get so much more out of your day! Much love from Toronto 🇨🇦
what time a wake up depends on my work schedule which changes a lot but I always give myself a lot of time to get ready so I can have a peaceful morning and do a little tidy before heading out. 2023 is the year I finally start making my bed in the morning lmao

I get up at 4:30 by choice I don’t leave the house until 7 but it gives me time to get a few things done and ready for the day before my son gets up and I have to go to work
I wake up between 4 and 4:30am for work, coffee is always first. Then skin care, pack my lunch and finish getting ready. I don’t work until 7, but I have a long commute so I have to leave around 5:30💀
Tara I like to clarify something ,I have been morning person since age 9 years old ,I wouldn’t be who I am without my grandma,I spend most of summers and every holiday in between at my grandmas ,after my dad died of food poisoning ,that’s the only think kept me sane and alive I was only six and I was daddy’s little girl,my grandma woke us up me and my cousins ,she had this rule we must be up before the sun rise in the summer at 6:30 am and in the winter at 7 am ,she always remind us we should never let sun rays touch our ass this is her exact words it was her mantra,as well she remind us every day never eat with your stomach only with your eyes, eat less but it is the best, so my body is used to it, I don’t need an alarm I wake up at the exact hour every day, I do have days when it feels too early so I always follow as my body asks I don’t force anything on myself, I must enjoy everything I do, and if it means I can’t get up at 5:30 then I will be up late, especially in winter, but summer is very easy I can’t stay in bed when I see the sun is out I always always get up bBefore the sun, just so you know we are all different we must do what’s best for us not what others recommend, and I want you to know you have an amazing family, and always enjoy seeing you and your dad with little envy it reminds me if only my dad was here how different everything would be I did insure lots of pain so, I still cry every time I think of him, on my depressed days I talk to him and cry and asking him to help me, I don’t leave many comments because my English isn’t as I want it to be it’s my fourth language so I do apologize for my grammar, please stay as you are authentic because of it people enjoy watching you, from the bottom of my heart I wish you and your beautiful family all the happiness ❤❤❤
I get up not by choice around 7am with my 1 year old son 🙂 I do like getting up earlier after I'm awake but man….sometimes it really sucks lol
I think 5am is a big leap. I don’t enjoy waking up at 5 but I could wake up at 6am all week. Maybe try that and see if it’s easier?
During my last year of undergrad I woke up every morning at 4. I so far havent been able to get back in the habit for grad school, I miss it so much though. There is something so peaceful about those early morning hours ❤

I wake up at 5:45 to get to work by 7! I only live 2 minutes from my work, but I like to take my time and get ready and then lay down for fifteen minutes or so before I leave. I find it's really relaxing.
I loooooove this time of day. Before the sun. So peaceful and quiet and everyone else asleep – the world is yours! I have 2 under 2 and this time of day is the only hours that are my own. Pump, drink my coffee, read or listen to a podcast, open up the house and get everything prepped for the day. Now I want a treadmill. Definitely not into a full intense workout in the morning but a walk is such a great idea!

I wake up at 5:45 to walk my dog before I go to work. I’m a teacher so I’m at work by 7:30. I used to be a huge night owl but I’ve learned I need to go to bed by 11 to function well the next day. I also take a lot of naps on the weekend to make up for the lack of sleep

what a coincidence,, I start my fist job last week and my work time begins at 7:00 !!!!! so imagine that you getting out at 6:00 from your house and still dark out side. but It's good that y country is safe.
I get up at 6am. I have a 1 1/2 year old so he gets up between 6:30-7am so I get up to get myself ready and a get a hot cup of coffee prior to him getting up for the day
I wake up at 5:15AM, have a coffee, wake up. Drive to the gym by 5:45, do at least a one hour workout (cardio and weights) Drive back home at around 7:00, have another coffee, shower and head to my 8-4 full time job. Getting up this early is def a sacrifice but I find putting my workout at the start of my day gives me more energy. I’m still in bed by 8:30 but i love it!!
I usually get up around 5h 5h30 and its by choice 🙂 i apreciate the alone time it gives to me before the kids get up.
I normally am up all night get kids up at 5:45 to get ready for school and then go to bed around 8am and then up by 130 to start supper before hubs leaves at 4 for work
