I once had to go to city hall to get something done my ticket was 142 and currently servering 42 so ya that scene with the waiting ticket is super real for me
That Death March feel you get when it spits out your ticket number and you look at the "Now Serving" screen. Now the big question is how many of those toys are Miri's and how many are Papa Rei's?
I doubt they didn't want to play with Miri just because she dresses as a rich kid.
I think it's more awareness about their parents situations and the fact that it would be hard on them if they played with miri, and in the end, have to refund her nice and expensive clothes.
But that's just a guess lol
