I still believe It could've had better animation, sometimes It really breaks the immersion
Yeah bad or quirky animation cannot be a barrier to entry. Too many good things are lost that way. Imagine turning your nose up to Fantastic Planet just because it looks odd. Watch Spine of Night. One you get past the very simplistic rotoscoped animation, it's an amazing film and I'd recommend it to anyone. Nova Seed. 100% watch Nova Seed. Some of the best animated films look really odd or unimpressive at a glance.

just started it and I really like it so far, ep 3. the review made me want to watch it even more
them insects look so much like mealy bugs, every plant owner's nightmare, since they are practically indestructible, the insecticide that kills them, burns the plant's leaves too, since it forms a magnifying glass like bubble around them thus leaving the killing to the sun. they do have natural predators but they also have bodyguards or rather shepherds, ants will protecc them since they produce this very sweet goo.. usually I am sorry for the local life forms but with these particular bugs.. it was pretty hard
I just watched Make My Day, first I just wanted to watch a bit of ep. 1 out of boredom, but watched it all in a row till the End lol
It's a great and awesome Series and can only recommend it to everyone in search for a nice Anime Series after so many disappointments 👍👍👍

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this show. I very much agree there were elements of the show I felt could’ve been done better but the overall story kept me engaged and invested in seeing it through to the end. Good show! And if you can see past the animation style it’s a fun ride.
