I completely agree with you on the terms of writing and visuals. Honestly, the only complaint I had in that department was that the CG in certain scenes looked really off. Almost like it was a video game but other than that I have zero complaints.
I have a question what servant would you want to see come back in a Light novel or show?

I'm still quite new to Fate and the Nasuverse, but if there's one thing I hear consistently, it's that Fate/Strange Fake is a force not to be trifled with…I'm beyond excited for this!!
The animation isn't bad at all. (Me being hyped from the preview)
I'm also assuming the bold lining on characters is on purpose, because they use footage from the light novel preview at the end, with Richard, and they added extra lining to the animation.
It's an artist decision. (I thought it looked rough at first, until I noticed this)

Oh crap if they did grand order I hope they're using different sound effects. I loved that anime but they way swords and poles sounded hitting eachother was a bit annoying. There was no tang and it sounded… dry? It's hard to explain it but the who know will get the jest

Okay whoever said the animation sucks from that trailer, they be blind. I know that sounds mean but it is the only logical conclusion I can make to explain why anyone would hate seeing the hype of Gilgamesh v Enkidu.
listen strange fake is written by the master Ryogo Narita himself, the man whos written two 'everyone is the main character' stories, if theres anyone writting who I can trust to handle a cast size that is atleast 26 main characters plus supporting cast, its him!

Why would you name drop their work on 7DS as a positive? Shit looks like a kid moving around their drawings in front of a camera. I'm still hyped for F/SF, but 7DS was hands down one of the worst produced anime of the previous decade.

The animations bad?! Whoever said that, my dude, how? Where are your eyes looking? The ONLY part that could be considered "bad" was I noticed one shot where Gil just, didn't have a face. It's unfortunately something anime tends to do when a character is in the background, but since he was pretty much dead center of the screen, it was pretty noticeable and distracting. But aside from that it looked PHENOMENAL!

I was young senior in high school when i started reading fate/strange fake. I would put water in my almost empty dove soap bottle and then read the blurry scans that were released. Now i'm a tax-payer who still puts water in an empty dove soap bottle but at least I can finally see Gil, Enkidu, and [spoiler greek] in great animation!!!

Honestly, the one thing that really stood out to me in that clash between Gil and Enkidu was just how happy Gil looked, dude just could not stop smiling when he fully unleashed Ea. I've never seen him like that before as an Archer.
Who I really want to see is Her-Alcides in full force.

People be sleeping on the animation because once a fandom experience ufotable they'll never be satisfied with anything else, i envy demon slayer fandom because they'll never experience that… there's genshin too but i don't know if ufotable will be the one responsible for the entire history
